How to Order
Ordering And Shipment
- Customers can have direct shipments from the winery, full container loads only.
- Cases per container with pallets are approximately 900, cases without pallets per container are 1120.
- Customers can pick-up at the Groskopf Warehouse in Sonoma.
Direct Shipment
Chateau Leonard will notify winery if a direct shipment is needed; send details of order via fax to 707-566-7147.
US Shipments
We ask that you provide the following information:
- Name of Consignee and Destination (Multi Names if Necessary)
- Estimated date of shipment
- Name of Carrier
- Names/Codes of Products and Case Counts
- Special Instructions (Labels, PO #s, Pallets etc.)
- Purchase Order #
Shipping:
- Groskopf Warehouse shipping hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- The carrier needs to contact Groskopf 48 hours in advance prior to pick-up to schedule an appointment. 707-939-3153
- The carrier will be given a pick-up number and appointment time.
